Delivery Information

Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs are very competitive and reflect the item being sent. Delivery charges vary; please see our individual coops and houses for charges.

Feeders and other smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail or DHL

Our coops and other animal housing will be sent via other courier companies.

Recieving your Goods

A signature will normally be required to recieve larger items such as coops, so please make sure there is someone in.

If a delivery has to be re-sent because there was no-one in to recieve it then a re-charge of delivery will have to be made before the item is re-sent.

Please make sure you check over your items as soon as possible, any faults damages etc need to be reported within 48hrs of receiving items.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary from model to model, and also between different manufacturers. We do try and state delivery times on each of the pages. However these are a guide, and sometimes delays can occur for one reason or another. If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you ASAP with any information. We do ensure to stay in touch with you as much as possible.

For our wooden express range of housing the units will normally be available from stock, if the unit is new to our range or waiting for delivery and you pre order we will advise on the approximate delivery date at time of ordering, if this is unacceptable you may cancel the order within 7 working days of placing the order.

We will endeavour to supply the unit within the dates quoted but on occasions due to circumstances out of control there may be delays, we will update you of this and if these become unreasonable a alternative product may be offered to you or we will issue you a full refund.

ORDERING INFORMATION

To order items from our website, you can complete the online ordering system; this will take you to our secure payment site: PayPal.

If you have any problems with our website or ordering system, please contact us and you can place your order via direct email with us. You can also order via post.

You will recieve a confirmaton from paypal for your payment, however we will confirm the details of your order by email, personally, this is noti a computer generated email, so it may be some time (if over a weekend) that we confirm - but dont worry we will. :) we feel this is a nicer more human touch!

PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Delta, JCB, or American Express by completing your order through Paypal – you do not need to have a paypal account to process an order with us.

Or you can pay by cheque. When paying by cheque, we require cleared payment prior to despatch.

Competition T's & C's

For our Competition held until August 2011

For an entrant to qualify for the draw, you must both sign up for our newsletter + 'like' our face book page. The winner will be drawn at random and will include all our exsiting customers on this list too. The draw will take place at the end of August 2011, and the winner will be notified by email. it will also be announced on the site.

Animal Housing

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your prior to shipping, please email us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If your order has not been processed & you have cancelled within 24hrs of placement we will issue a full refund.

If your item has been shipped to you, you can still cancel your order within 5 working days, however the item must be unused and boxed, and in a re-salealbe condition. We will require; you the customer to pay for shipping back to our depot and a refund will be issued with a 25% cancellation charge deducted. To keep our delivery costs low our shipping charges to you are heavily subsidised, and so you will find to ship your item back to us more expensive.

COMPLAINTS

Should you have a complaint about any product purchased from Broadway Bantams or about our website please address this to: Emma@broadwaybantams.co.uk or contact us by post. We will review and acknowledge your complaint by email or letter within five working days.

CONTRACT

Automatic confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute a contract between us. A contract for the Sale of Goods shall only arise on the dispatch of the goods to you. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms and conditions listed here.

CLAIMS

When you receive goods from Broadway Bantams you shall inspect the goods and you shall notify Broadway Bantams if the goods are substandard within one day of delivery.

GENERAL

All goods sold by Broadway Bantams shall remain the property Broadway Bantams until fully paid for by the purchaser, notwithstanding that the risk in the goods has passed to the purchaser and notwithstanding that the buyer may not have possession of the goods.

DISCLAIMER

Broadway Bantams makes every effort to keep the prices up to date. Errors can and sometimes do occur, however, and where this happens, we will re-confirm prices with you the purchaser, and adjust your invoice payment accordingly, we will never knowingly overcharge you, this is certainly not the way we work, we are honest people and if there are any corrections to be made they will be asap for you.

INVOICING/RECEIPT

Your invoice can be printed via your paypal account. You will also receive a delivery note with your order.
